West Coast Prime Meats has two facilities totaling 95,000 square feet in Brea, California, housing our warehouse, all production operations (steak cutting, dry-aging, poultry and grinding), and our delivery fleet. Our operations are inspected by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and our Establishment Number is 6028A. Along with our production and warehouse areas, the building also supports all accounting, purchasing and customer service activities. In addition, we have an in-house laboratory, meeting rooms, and a test kitchen where product testing and development takes place.
